Draw Date: December 10, 2026
Prize Value: CAD $5,000
1. Contest Organizer
The Norden Seal $5,000 Window Giveaway (the “Contest”) is organized by Norden Seal Windows & Doors (the “Organizer”).
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on November 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and closes on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.
All entries must be received during the Contest Period.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Manitoba who are at least 18 years of age and own a residential property within Norden Seal’s designated service area in Winnipeg or surrounding communities.
Employees of the Organizer, their immediate family members and members of their households are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
A. Qualifying Customer Entry
To receive one customer entry, an eligible homeowner must:
- Contact Norden Seal Windows & Doors by telephone or online inquiry during the Contest Period.
- Request a free consultation for a residential window replacement project.
- Sign a qualifying window replacement agreement valued at a minimum of CAD $10,000 before applicable taxes between November 1 and November 30, 2026.
Only qualifying agreements signed during the Contest Period will be eligible under this method.
B. No-Purchase Entry
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Eligible homeowners may enter without signing a contract through the free alternative entry method specified by the Organizer before the Contest begins.
Alternative entries will have the same opportunity to win as qualifying customer entries.
5. Entry Limit
Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person and residential property, regardless of entry method.
Multiple contracts, inquiries or submissions do not increase the chances of winning.
6. Prize Description
One (1) prize will be awarded.
The prize consists of a CAD $5,000 credit toward an eligible residential window replacement project with Norden Seal Windows & Doors.
The prize has an approximate retail value of CAD $5,000.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The final published rules will specify how the credit applies to existing contracts, payments, applicable taxes, unused balances and winners who entered without purchasing.
7. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected through a random draw on December 10, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted using the telephone number or email address provided at the time of entry.
Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must:
- Confirm eligibility.
- Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
- Complete any required declaration and release documentation.
The final rules will specify the response deadline and alternate-winner procedure.
9. Prize Conditions
The $5,000 prize will be applied according to the prize conditions disclosed in the final Official Contest Rules.
The Organizer will disclose any material restrictions before the Contest begins.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used for Contest administration, eligibility verification, winner notification and prize fulfillment, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Organizer’s privacy policy.
Consent to receive promotional communications will be requested separately where required.
11. General Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject fraudulent, duplicate or otherwise invalid entries, subject to applicable law.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws.
12. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by applicable Canadian federal and Manitoba laws.
Void where prohibited by law.
