White PVC frames and sashes, sealed units and hardware are covered for 25 years. Coloured PVC windows are covered for 15 years.

The coverage is non-prorated, so year twenty is protected on the same terms as year one, and it transfers to the next owner when the stated registration and transfer conditions are met. Your installation is carried out by Norden Seal's own in-house team. From the first measurement through to the final walkthrough, the team takes careful measurements, explains the agreed scope before work starts and completes the installation with attention to fit, finish and the rest of your home.

The crews are Manitobans working out of our own shop, so the person measuring your opening has already seen what this winter does to a window. You have one team to contact before, during and after the work, and one team accountable for the result.

No two openings are the same, so nothing here is sold from a standard list. A north-facing bedroom, a bay that carries a window seat and a basement that has to meet egress each need a different unit, and we specify them that way, designed for Manitoba rather than for a milder climate.

Every rough opening is measured in three places and checked for square before anything is ordered, because Red River clay moves and a house that has settled is rarely still square.
